Homeworld: Wysoom
Description: The Tortles, sometimes known as Dragon Turtles or Sea Dragons,
have assigned themselves the task of gathering knowledge and saving it for
future civilizations. A largely forgotten offshoot of the Draco species,
the Dragon and Dragonian councils still call upon their wisdom to mediate
disputes. They spend much of their time recording the events they have
witnessed in great detail across the lengths of their shells. Extremely
old Tortles have their entire shells covered with the histories of what
they have observed.
Hillside leads the Tortle race.
