Stygian Caves Excavation

Treasure hunters sanctioned by Sultan Odie have dug up most of this area in
search of rumored riches beneath the sands of the Sh'ara desert. Many failed
spots, that haven't been filled by sandstorms, gape like open wounds along the
landscape. Near the far northern part of the site is a large hole bordered by a
small fence and a few warning signs. Next to the encircled pit is a canvas tent,
the flaps dragging slowly in the wind.

Notes:
area has a periodic damage trigger 'You are assaulted by psychic energies!' seems to only do around 70 damage.
