Description

This spell will prevent a weapon from being dropped in combat by covering the
handle or hilt with a sticky substance. The weapon can still be dropped by the
drop command though. The spell will last for the duration of the boot.

This spell is subject to a gold penalty if used by somebody in disfavour with
the merchant council.
Usage: cast sticky weapon at weapon
