Refugee Camp

The windtorn hills of Perdow give way here, opening onto a rugged vale.
A path leads northward, and you can see a ramshackle settlement ahead of
you. It is a sorry sight, but any shelter at all might be a welcome
improvement from this dreary wasteland.
