A magical lamp floats in the sky. Try figuring out its secrets. Pretty hard to do this one without knowing the elemental tongue.

1. you can ask sinjinn about 'quest'

2. once you think you have found the right room, you need to 'search room' not just 'search'.

3. if you just want the explore and don't speak/can't find anyone who understands elemental, after you rub the lamp it will tell you to turn the lamp x times, i.e. 'turn lamp 9'. seems to be a number between 1-50, I assume you can brute force it by trying every number.
