Hephestian

Homeworld: Welstar
Description: Hephestians are complex magical/mechanical creations of an
ancient god of the Retroverse. This blend of the magical and the
mechanical results in beings that have an unmatched ability to learn new
abilities and to master them. However, due to the instability of the
melding of those forces, Hephestians are very fragile and become easily
damaged. Thus, they tend to spend their time in locations of safety and
concentrate on craftmanship of one sort or another.
Maka leads the Hephestian race.
