This randomly creates 1-5 "mineral" type components. Once the mineral server is implemented, a more fleshed-out system should come with it. Although the helpfile lists no "location", it doesn't work everywhere, most likely it's "outside (non-city)" like botany. Higher training seems to increase the chance to get more components per skill use, but doesn't guarantee high numbers.
