Classical

The Classical races are well-known from Greek mythology. The Centaurs and Minotaurs roam throughout Welstar, while the Satyrs, also on Welstar, are courtiers of the Seelie. The snake-headed Gorgons originally lived on Wysoom, but are now exiled on Crypt. The cause of this is not known, but the Gorgons blame the Jotun races, particularly the Irrdu.

In addition, there is another, unseen race: the Muses. Because of their long history of enlightenment, each Classical Gifted One is sponsored by a Muse who gives them a special power and inspiration.
