Skill Description

This skill allows the Jomsviking to carve a rune of protection into weapon or armor, increasing its protection value. By doing so, he also weakens the condition of the equipment as the strength of the rune takes hold. Like all rune-carving, it requires a knife.

It appears to cause something like 1% item damage and +4 to +9 PV per slot.
