This power allows drakhen to release a blast of painful material from their mouthes. This varies with The color of the drakhen. The actual EP cost depends on the percentage in the breath weapon skill as well as the drakhen's color.
Use syntax is 'breathe <target>' (no 'at', must be targeted).
