This baby looks like he's just been born. There's something very odd about him
though. He seems much older than he appears to be.

Appears only after Esmyrdoilna has been killed. Sometimes he spawns multiple times from a single kill of his mother, this is a bug caused most likely by multiple damage types on the killing blow.
